Great little tent however I tended to get bashed in the face when asleep from the slope in the sleeping pods. I have now decided we would like something that we are able to stand up in and more head space in the sleeping pods. We are now purchasing high rise beds as getting a little old to struggle from the floor. Still a great tent never moved or leaked in what was awful weather.

Currently on offer (May 2014 - half price at Ł59.99 instead of Ł119.99)this tent is fantastic value for money. 2 inner rooms large enough for 2 persons each, with a middle area which could possibly house a further 2 persons. For the price you cannot get better value. Simple to put up (took us 2 novices about 20 minutes). I would definitely recommend as a starter tent.

We acquired the tent from a seconds/returns auction for about Ł20, and the only fault we could find was one of the elasticated tent pole sections had not been connected to the others, but it really wasn't an issue in reflection of price.

As with every other description of a 6 berth budget tent the words '6' and 'berth' we're not the most accurate, if it had it said '6 birth' instead, as in six newly born babies, then that would be a more fitting description. It would be ok for a family of 4, as there were only three of us, it was comfortably liveable for short breaks, of 2-5 days.

It remained dry in the rain and stable in the wind, there were occasional tiny pools of water after heavy rain but nothing to panic about although condensation on the inside in the morning indicated the separate sleeping areas were not very breathable. Very quick and easy to put up the only flaw was tying the outer fly sheet over the poles at the end - long arms are needed!

It packed away just as easily with all pieces fitting back into the bags and storing away into a small neat little bag. We had lots of use out of ours and enjoyed it very much only trading up to a bigger tent when we outgrew it.

Overall a very nice, tidy comfortable (small) family tent.

Picked it up in the argos sale for Ł49.99.

So do have a look around.

Two rooms with a central communal room

The door opens out to make a great sun shade or not bad in the rain too.Good for cooking under.

I have put / made side for it to make it more of a space.

Fire retardant.
